Watertrain is delighted to be celebrating our first year anniversary of delivering the Level 4 Diploma in Water Industry Operations and Management.
Since developing the qualification with the awarding body CABWI, and then rolling out the delivery in 2014, almost 100 UK students have joined the programme.
Southern Water was the first water company to sign up and a mixture of graduate trainees and existing managers from the organisation joined the programme at the beginning of September 2014. Watertrain was delighted that Southern Water’s Chief Executive Officer, Matthew Wright endorsed the qualification when it was first unveiled.
Candidates from Northumbrian Water Group, South West Water and Thames Water have now also joined the programme.
Significantly, all of our students have so far achieved a 100% pass rate.
Glenn Jackson, Director of Learning and Development for Watertrain, said: “We are pleased to have students on the programme from all around the UK, including the North West and South West of England, London and the South. We will also soon have programmes underway in the Midlands and North East England.
“When we developed the qualification we carefully pitched it to be specifically appropriate to a wide range of Water Industry roles. This has proved to be extremely accurate and we have learners enrolled from target roles, from Graduates through to Technicians.”
Please contact us for more information on the new Level 4 Water Diploma and to discuss your training requirements - the programme is open to both individual learners and those already employed.
